We begin by visiting your home to learn about your dreams for the project, discuss your ideal timeframe, and gain a sense of the scope of work. If possible, we will also suggest a preliminary budget to ensure the project aligns with your expectations. This visit allows us to understand both the functional and aesthetic goals that will shape the design.
1 - Initial Home Visit
About two weeks later, we meet again to present an initial concept scope and budget estimate. At this stage, and depending on the requirements of the project, clients who wish to proceed will sign either a design engagement or a preconstruction agreement. This ensures that we have a clear path forward for creating a design that fits your needs, lifestyle, and budget.
2 - Concept Scope & Budget
Over the next few weeks or months, depending on the project size, our architects and development team collaborate closely with you to finalize the floor plan, select finishes, and refine all aspects of the project. This pre-construction phase is focused on making thoughtful decisions that balance functionality, style, and long-term value.
3 - Design & Development
Once the design is finalized and the preconstruction phase is complete, the construction contract is signed, permits are filed, and the construction phase begins. From foundation to finishing touches, our team handles every detail to ensure a seamless, high-quality build.
4 - Construction & Completion
By following this structured approach, we ensure that every home renovation, addition, or conversion is carefully planned, beautifully executed, and tailored to your family’s needs.
