This Cambridge home was renovated with a focus on natural light, creative living, and more functional everyday spaces. The project brought together a series of thoughtful updates, each designed to make the home feel brighter, more personal, and better suited to the way the homeowners live.

A new green home office was added to create a dedicated workspace with character, warmth, and plenty of natural light. Upstairs, we created a media room complete with a custom coffee bar, giving the family a comfortable place to relax, entertain, and enjoy a more casual living area.

Throughout the home, we added light wells to bring daylight deeper into the interior spaces. These architectural openings help brighten the hallways and stair areas while creating dramatic moments, including one that highlights a statement chandelier. We also created a finished hallway with a built-in bookcase and specialty lighting, adding both storage and a custom design feature to the home.

The renovation also included two completely updated bathrooms, each with its own personality, one with soft green walls, warm wood vanities, and a calm spa-like feel, and another with rich terracotta walls, black accents, and a bold custom shower.

Together, these updates transformed the home into a brighter, more expressive, and highly functional space, blending practical improvements with color, craftsmanship, and memorable design details.
