THE PROCESSWhether you are renovating a bathroom or doing a whole house renovation, the process you encounter with Morse Constructions, Inc. results in a thorough, professional project from the initial consultation through the final walkthrough. Initial Consultation:During an introductory meeting, owner Paul Morse takes the time to carefully discuss your objectives. If an architect or designer is needed, Paul helps you consider the best possibilities. If you have already obtained plans, Paul will review them with you to better understand your goals.Design Phase:The design phase comes next for projects where Morse Constructions, Inc. manages both the design and construction aspects of the project. At this stage you work closely with Paul and the architect/designer to come up with design plans and a preliminary budget.Project Development Agreement:This part of the process clarifies the scope and detail of construction. Everything is worked out with you (e.g., fixtures, materials, schedules, and price) and is detailed in clear, concise language. A final contract is then presented for your review and confirmation.Pre-Construction Walk Through:Before construction begins you meet on site with Paul, the production manager, the project manager, and Karen to discuss the specifics of the project. Clear channels of communication are established and the unique details of the job are spelled out.Construction:During the construction phase you work closely with the project manager. In addition, on-site meetings are scheduled with all appropriate design and production personnel. Throughout the process you receive regular updates as each aspect of the job is completed and notification of any details that need your attention.Final Walkthrough:During the final walkthrough, you review every detail of the project. The competence and professionalism you come to count on during the renovation project continues in the years following completion.
