We are delighted to welcome Matthew Morrison and Gary Morrison to our project development and management team! Previously, both Morrisons worked at Morrison Remodeling and Repairs, a respected residential remodeling company based in Beverly, MA. Gary founded Morrison Remodeling and Repairs in 2001 and Matthew joined the firm as an apprentice carpenter in 2011 before working his way up to Project Manager in 2013.

Gary Morrison now works part-time as a salesperson and project developer for Morse, while his son, Matthew, is employed full-time as a project manager. In his new position with  us, Matthew Morrison is responsible for working with clients during project development; creating contract documents, schedules and budgets; coordinating subcontractors, vendors, material procurement and delivery; and guiding projects to completion to meet or exceed client goals.

According to our founder, Paul Morse, the addition of Gary and Matthew Morrison will enable Morse Constructions to continue to grow without sacrificing the attentive personal service and commitment to quality for which the company is known. “2015 has been incredibly busy for us and we don’t see any slowdown ahead. We are delighted to have such experienced, proven professionals join our team to help us serve a growing number of clients,” says Paul.

Gary Morrison served as chairman of the board of Eastern Massachusetts National Association of the Remodeling Industry (EM-NARI) from 2012 to 2013 and as the organization’s president from 2011 to 2012. According to Gary, “I loved what I was doing but I was tired of working 70 hours per week and my son, Matthew, decided that he did not want to take over Morrison Remodeling. I fielded lots of offers but it was important to both Matt and I to go with a company that has the same high standards and commitment to customer service that we do. We knew Paul Morse from NARI and knew that Morse Constructions would be a good fit.”
